The Service

Tuck Stories delivers original AI-generated bedtime stories by email. Stories are intended for personal, family use and may not be redistributed commercially without permission.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old or have a parent/guardian agree on your behalf.

Subscriptions & Billing

• Plans start at $9.99/month for a new bedtime story delivered every night.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month until canceled.
• You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Content

Stories are generated by AI and may occasionally include unexpected elements. We curate carefully, but parents should preview before reading aloud if they have specific sensitivities.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access it through unauthorized means, or use it to generate harmful content.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tuck Stories is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in the app.
